With over 25 years of healthcare experience and a passion for making a difference, Sharla brings an accomplished record of building large-scale strategic partnerships, developing and leading executive level teams, creating innovative value-based solutions, and a relentless pursuit to delivering an elevated and unique brand experience to her role as Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO for Equality Health.

At Equality Health, Sharla previously served as Senior Vice President of Client Success. She led a team responsible for value-based contract strategy and operations, along with account management for all Equality Health’s Health Plan clients across multiple markets. Sharla continues to have an active role in the community as an ambassador for Equality Health and is responsible for the relationship with several strategic community partners.

Prior to joining with Equality Health, Sharla worked with Phillips Healthcare. During her 12-year tenure with Phillips, she served as the Vice President of Healthcare Alliances and West Zone Director of an executive sales team. She was a key thought leader in her role as National Sales Director Surgery Division and a key contributor to Philips Healthworks Startup and Venture program.

Sharla has an Associated Degree in Radiography, and an undergraduate degree in Healthcare Administration from Ottawa University. She enjoys spending time with her family in the great Arizona outdoors and is a member of the American Heart Association Go Red Executive Team, and serves on numerous advisory boards.
