Dave Miller is the Chief Operating Officer of Equality Health, where he is focused on improving outcomes for patients and communities too often overlooked by the healthcare system. He is a seasoned healthcare operator with deep experience building and leading care delivery organizations in underserved communities.
Dave has built his healthcare career around scaling value-based care through disciplined operations, strong clinical partnerships, and mission-driven execution. Prior to Equality Health, he led in-market clinical and operational teams at Hopscotch Primary Care; at Panoramic Health, he helped launch a national value-based kidney care program supporting more than 500 nephrologists; and at ChenMed, led a market of value-based primary care clinics. He began his healthcare career at DaVita, managing dialysis clinics serving patients across the Navajo, Hopi, and Ute reservations.
He credits his focus on mission, leadership, and culture to his military service. Prior to healthcare, he served as an officer in the U.S. Navy, serving aboard the USS JIMMY CARTER. He later served at the Pentagon as a policy analyst on the Secretary of the Navy’s staff and as an Admiral’s aide.
Dave holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
