Jennifer Rost is Chief Strategy Officer at Equality Health, where she leads enterprise strategy and helps accelerate the company’s mission to improve health outcomes through value-based care. She brings extensive experience partnering with healthcare organizations to drive growth, transformation, and payer-provider partnerships, across Medicaid, Medicare, and commercially insured populations. Jennifer is passionate about improving access to care and health outcomes, particularly for underserved populations.
Prior to joining Equality Health, Jennifer was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she co-founded and helped scale the firm’s value-based care service line. She advised national and regional health plans, health care delivery organizations, and state agencies on enterprise strategy, market expansion, value-based care capability builds, and large-scale performance transformations. Jennifer holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Yale University.
