For more than 30 years, Lisa Stevens Anderson has devoted her career to supporting healthcare providers as they navigate the complexities of the industry. In her current role as Regional Market President at Equality Health, she leads operations across Arizona, Virginia, and Tennessee—guiding teams that deliver innovative solutions to improve care management and enhance the member experience for both providers and payers. Lisa’s deep commitment to the values upheld by Equality Health drives her efforts to expand the adoption of value-based care models and address disparities in health equity.
Over the past 13 years, Lisa has concentrated her expertise on advancing value-based care. Before joining Equality Health, she held executive leadership positions at Banner Health and TriWest Health Alliance, where she focused on strategic partnerships, large-scale growth initiatives, operational excellence, and leadership development.
Lisa is also deeply engaged in her community. She currently serves as Board Chair for Fresh Start Women’s Foundation and has held executive board roles with Go Red for Women and 50/50 Women on Boards. Her leadership and impact have been recognized by the Phoenix Business Journal, naming her one of Arizona’s “Outstanding Women in Business” and an Athena Award nominee. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and a master’s degree from Northern Arizona University.
