Zach Laskin serves as Chief of Staff at Equality Health, where he partners with the CEO and executive team to turn strategic priorities into focused execution, clear operating rhythms, and measurable progress. He brings more than 12 years of experience across value-based care, healthcare operations, management consulting, digital health, and finance.
Before joining Equality Health, Zach held strategy and chief of staff roles at Aledade, supporting commercial growth across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business. His work spanned payer contracting, market expansion, board reporting, operating model design, commercial partnerships and enterprise AI adoption. He previously served in strategic operations at Hydrogen/K Health and as a healthcare consultant at Boston Consulting Group. He also held investment and corporate development roles at Pomona Capital and Citigroup.
Zach holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
