An accomplished community health executive, Brandon brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare strategy, finance, and operations to the Equality Health leadership team. He was drawn to Equality Health because of its disruptive vision, diverse team, and passion to transform the healthcare experience for underserved populations.
Brandon’s career in healthcare has spanned across the acute, ambulatory, and mental health sectors. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Circle the City, a nonprofit community health organization dedicated to serving people experiencing homelessness in the greater Phoenix community. Under Brandon’s leadership, Circle the City grew from a startup in 2012 into one of the nation’s premier healthcare charities, engaging more than 10,000 individuals per year in holistic, integrative care. In the years following this successful growth, Brandon has assisted dozens of other hospitals and community-based organizations across the nation seeking to replicate the Circle the City model.
A renowned thought leader on the intersection of social determinants of health and value-based care models, Brandon has presented at several national forums on the topics. He currently serves on the nonprofit boards of the Maricopa Human Services Campus and Hushabye Nursery, an Arizona charity dedicated to caring for opiate-exposed newborns in their first weeks of life.
Brandon holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Arizona State University and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He lives in Phoenix where he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities with his wife, two daughters and dog.
