President, Arizona Market

With over a decade of experience in the healthcare and medical practice industry, Christian Leon is a seasoned professional. His expertise lies in operations management, media management, strategic planning, value-based agreements, contract negotiations, and scaling. He is deeply committed to bridging the gap between providers and the necessary services and support, facilitating their transition to value-based care.

Originating from Mexico, Christian relocated to Arizona at age 18. He attended Carl Hayden High School, located near his home. His extensive experience, spanning more than a decade across various media outlets including Univision, Entravision, and Radio Unica, has endowed him with an exceptional understanding of needs of the Latino community. This background has been pivotal in focusing his efforts on serving underserved communities, striving to enhance their access to quality healthcare.

In his current position as Arizona Market President, Christian rejoins Equality Health, where he previously held the role of Vice President of Care and Network Operations. His career also includes significant leadership roles as President and Chief Operating Officer at both Feliz Care Centers and Happy Kids Pediatrics.

Christian is an active member of the YPO Pacific West Region and is pursuing his Executive Masters, class of 2024, at the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University.
