With a penchant for turning complex challenges into intuitive understanding and opportunities, Todd has inherent expertise in optimizing health plan performance. His accumulated knowledge from managing physical, behavioral and long-term care products in the Medicaid, Medicare and commercial markets and experience in operational, financial, medical and marketing departments has shaped his firm belief that healthcare entities cannot run optimally without integrated business intelligence solutions among departments.

Todd worked at Daraja Enterprises, Inc. for seven years where he specialized in strategy, risk management and informatics. Before that, he developed his healthcare aptitude while the managing partner of Galloway Solutions, which he established in 2008 to help entities in the healthcare industry strategically grow their memberships and improve the efficiency of their operations utilizing best-in-class policies and tools.

Previous to Galloway Solutions, Todd served as a senior vice president at Schaller Anderson for seven years and as a principal with Mercer Consulting for four years.

The graduate of University of Nebraska-Lincoln has been a credentialed actuary since 1993, a fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
