Moderated by Lauriane Hanson, Community Platform Resource Manager for Equality Health, this live webinar will provide an understanding of how culturally relevant processes and technology are being used in practices and the community setting to solve for social determinants of health (SDOH) in traditionally underserved populations, including racial and ethnic minorities.
